Medical Hiccups
Blood clots, relapses, chemotherapy, stem cell transplant, radiation, maintenance chemotherapy... I guess it's okay that I'm still tired. My immune system turns two years old today, and it's finally time to share the rest of the story. I wrote a lot about cancer the first time, but kept things quieter during round two. This fills in a lot of the gaps, and how we watched my cancer slowly come back, even before it could be diagnosed. But the tone of this post isn't supposed to be depressing.
